Southern Maine Speech and Language Services, LLC offers diagnostic evaluations to children of all ages. Individual and small group therapy is also provided. Upon request, we attend meetings local schools and Child Development Services. We welcome observations of our sessions and provide home carry-over activites, when appropriate. Consultation to parents, child care providers, teachers and other professionals is available. Collateral contact and Co-treament with other professionals (developmental therapist, physical therapist and occupational therapists) is also available.

We provide services through contracts with 3 Child Development Services sites (CDS-Reach, CDS-York County and CDS-Opportunities) and public school systems. We also accept private clients as we accept most private insurances, including but not limited to: Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim, and Mainecare. Private pay options are also available. Please discuss our sliding fee scale for those who need assistance with payment.
